Your perfect pleasure is what we aim for! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase if we have still not met your expectations.Rotita will do all in our power to make it better.
JUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS
  • Step1: If you have a registered account ,you may start a return at the bottom of this page or by clicking My Order. If you placed an order as a Guest, select Order Lookup

  • Step3: Print out return label and drop package off the local post office . Or pack the item(s) and return back using other shipping method.

  • DONE! Rotita will process return & exchange in 7 working days when warehouse receives return packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

2. Each order is eligible for one free exchange for a new size, color, or alternative item priced equal to or lower than the original item being exchanged.

3. The original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable if return for a refund. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund or paid when we process exchange if you used Rotita return label. Kindly noted that the return label fee depends on the number of items and weight of parcel you are returning, at least US$8.99.

4. Only items in their original, undamaged, unstained and unworn condition and swimsuits with hygiene liners attached can be returned or exchanged.

5. For sanitary reasons, beach blankets,swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelries and hair accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6. Items marked on the product page as "No returns or exchanges" are considered flash sale and final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

7. Each purchased item is eligible for a return only once. We do not accept returns of the same item more than once.

NOTES

1. Non-Rotita items sent to our return address will be discarded upon receipt.

2. Any address on the parcel is not an authorized return address, and you are still liable for any losses caused by the incorrect address.

3. If you decide to use your own preferred carrier, we recommend that you select an insured and trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

4. We kindly request that you to use a shipping mailer bag for your returns instead of cardboard box. It is crucial to minimize discrepancies in return labels and prevent processing delays.

What items can't be returned?

How to start a return online - fast and easy?
Please log in to My Orders and click “Return & Refund” button, then follow the instructions to submit return application. We will help you process return or exchange.
Could I get the full refund if I return the order?

1.Rotita is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged packages in return transit. We suggest you contact shipping company for a claim.

2.Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Rotita product and which didn't arrvied at our address correctly.

3.The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

When will I get the refund?

1.The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.

2.It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your Rotita wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time.

3.It normally takes 1-3 working days for the refund to show in your PayPal (normally 48 hours ); 10-20 business days on your credit/debit card that depends on your financial institution.

Where is your return warehouse?
Our return address is in New Jersey of United States. Kindly note that any address on the parcel is not approved return address and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service.
Do I need to pay for return shipping charge?
Yes. Customers need to pay the return shipping charge. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund or paid when we process exchange if you used Modlily return label. Kindly noted that the return label fee depends on the number of items and weight of parcel you are returning, at least US$8.99.
