While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. 2. We do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address via Standard Shipping Methods, but Expedited Shipping Methods require a street address in English and a contact number. Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, usually take much longer than normal delivery time.
3.If you need to modify the order, it may result in the order amount not meeting the previous shipping standards/coupons usage conditions, which may result in a reduction in the refund amount.

5.If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 2 months after dispatch of the order.
