Cancel Order

Cancel Unpaid Orders

You are free to cancel any unpaid order in My Orders, click the CANCEL and choose the reason, then cancellation will be completed.

Cancel Paid Orders

Customers are not allowed to cancel paid orders by themselves. You shall Submit a Ticket and request to cancel by visiting My Orders in Your Account. Our customer service will help and apply a refund. Please note: Only Orders or items that haven't shipped can be canceled.
